HISTORY

Patrick is one of the two products of two people meeting each other online and falling in love. His mother, a freaky Greek chick, met Patrick's father, a cartoon loving Japanese, over the internet before they eventually married. As said, Patrick was their second product with the first being his sister Lily. His mother was a blunt woman and his father was a weird father. It was a very happy family- a very weird family too. It cannot be denied their parents were a couple of freaks, but Patrick considered them normal.

Patrick first entered school as a problematic child. The things he could so freely express at home didn't match in the school environment, making it difficult for him to make friends. He didn't understand why and did not change his behavior for quite a while. How could he? He was who he was, and he remained that way. There was one solution he found effective: complete silence. One day at school, Patrick said absolutely nothing. Then the next day, then the next, and the next until it was a habitual thing. Every time Patrick walked on school property, he zipped his lips and went about his business. He no longer got in trouble, but he no longer got noticed either. Patrick didn't mind it too much despite being forgotten easily. He was counted absent a lot for the days he was actual there. This was how he was for the rest of his school years.

College came and Patrick went on his way to become a hardworking man. He found an apartment with all the other college students, but took his classes online. His neighbors rarely saw him, but everyone at least knew his apartment number. Patrick's extra spending money came from his neighbors and the other college students around the area. For money, Patrick wrote their school reports, essays, etc. He was also a tutor, but no one really asked him to teach, just write.

Patrick was left all alone in the apartment complex when the outbreak happened. None of his neighbors informed him- everyone left without a word. Patrick found out the hard way.

He escaped by pure luck, climbing out of his window and using the fire escape to head to the roof. By chance he was saved by a helicopter. He cried for the whole ride.

He moved everywhere. He somehow found himself in Panama, and then went to Egypt, London, Ottawa, etc. In Ottawa, he began speaking again instead of pointing, gesturing, and nodding. He scared some of the locals after a week of being mute and scared himself too. They called him a miracle for being able to talk; Patrick just went along with it. Ottawa started to collapse. Patrick was told ten different times from eight different people to run with them. Patrick has adopted every single person into his family whether they liked it or not before departing with them to head to Athens- realizing he was missing his real blood family. His search of two months has finally led him to Hawaii, where he remembered family friends being last.

july 15 2010 — began his submarine adventure with Yun Hee Rossi.

july 20 2010 — protected Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from infected attacks.

august 05 2010 — received word his sister Lily was in Berlin, Germany.

august 10 2010 — assisted where he could during a firestorm in Berlin.

august 20 2010 — forced to trap Lily in a cage after she attempted to bite him. Ultimately was forced to let her go.

september 05 2010 — fell in love with Yun Hee Rossi.

PERSONALITY

Patrick isn't normal in any means. It's who he is, what he was born with, what he was born around. His parents were one of a kind, just as he is. The belief Patrick began to see was if you weren't raised normally, it just wasn't right. For most of his life Patrick wore a mask over his true self- a plain white mask. He was nothing for most of his years. He was easily forgotten by his classmates, easy to pass, easy to ignore. He caused no trouble. A blank mask still had morals and beliefs however. A blank mask still had ears, eyes, a nose, a body. Patrick was taught to be kind, to help those in need, and it's his biggest belief. If he heard of a fight or saw someone being pummeled Patrick would step in at a heartbeat. He never did learn how to fight however and came home with bruises and scratches several times.

A lot of his personality, beliefs, and thoughts changed when he was left to fend for himself. He left home for college on his own account, believing he could continue college and deal with it the same way he dealt with high school- a blank nobody for seven hours a day. College is nothing like those years and instead Patrick became a blank mask all the time. He really did become nobody- and nobody remembered to save him when the outbreak began.

By then, Patrick realized what had become of him. He was depressed, mute, not cut out for the world with how he chose to live his life. He traveled without a purpose, but it helped. He saw the world, he saw the people, and eventually began talking again. Ottawa, Canada has a special place in his heart. He believes it's the place of his second birth.

Patrick still has trouble talking to people face to face. He's quiet, but has become the man he's happy with. He repeats phrases from anime, games, and TV shows he likes. He has a certain charm that he himself can't pinpoint. His worst nightmare would to be the last man on Earth. He never, ever wants to be forgotten again.

• Spends a lot of his free time sitting on the roof, mostly in the wee hours of the morning or night.
• He always keeps a couple of rocks in his pocket. It makes for good weight, but should he ever need to do some quick alchemy he can.
• His neighbor Heathcliff Barton has two cats called Chunky and Gloria, which Patrick has unofficially renamed Sasha and Nikita.

RELATIONSHIPS

family

Mother — Doesn't like when Patrick calls her Mummy. Rather be mommy~ She's wiggity wiggity whack, but Patrick loves her!
Father — Patrick takes after his father more than his mother and his life seems rather parallel to his life, except rather radical with the zombies and all.
Lily Nohara — Patrick's really abusive sister. Regardless of her let downs, she's always been there for Patrick if things got too bad. She was missing since the outbreak until the infection cure was found. If only for a short amount of time, Patrick provided her with anything she possibly needed before the cure wore off.

Emily Tangvald — His parents know her parents, so they've known each other! They're currently roommates.
Yun Hee Rossi — she's the owner of sex.
Heathcliff Barton — His neighbor who is ALWAYS gardening. Paddy digs him a lot, offered to make him a bunch of stuff which he refused lol. He's recently moved, making Patty's days a lot less interesting.
Kalia Song — A resident of Hawaii whose pretty nice to him and likes playing games!
