The Government runs on a counsel of representatives that is something like both the United States Senate and House of Representatives rolled into one, and the speaker of the house is actually the functioning President of Tusas Anuire. Each representative is an elected official delegated into being in charge of a specific aspect of society (something like secretaries of state) who also speak up within the representative meetings to help govern over more broad procedures, like passing laws.

Sandra O'Neill. The most current Speaker of the House and elected head of Government, she has been the one in control for the past twenty years. While not a widely known fact she has the power of dream precognition. To most amongst the actual representatives she's considered a respected but feared figure, but to the public she is the absolute necessity when it comes to ruling over the government and keeping the society in order. All representatives work underneath her and answer to her, and she has the strongest security team available to her and the government on call at all times.
